Should I make "home" category not visible?

Hello,

 

I've a shop in Prestashop of home textiles products, and I've noticed that on Google results, my breadcrumbs normally show the "home" category, for example "www.shop.link > Home > Bedding"

I've seen that some competitors Google gets the "www.shop.link > Bedding".

Thinking on how to solve this, I thought that maybe if I make "home" not visible on backoffice, Google could ignore it from breadcrumbs... or it will backfire and make Google not following all categories bellow "home"? (I keep my sitemaps regularly updated)

Do you guys have any idea, or another suggestion?
