STS Posted March 8, 2021 Share Posted March 8, 2021 (edited) In checking my site performance, I came across an issue. I have a number of modules which make use of Font-Awesome. The font-Awesome resource was flagged suggesting I download for one CDN. It appears some of my modules download Font-Awesome from MaxCDN, Some from StackPath, and some store the font locally in their module subdirectories. GTMetrix errors with: Serve resources from a consistent URL, warning of lost time for DNS lookups, redundant downloads of resources, etc. What is the recommended place to store/retrieve fonts? Is Font-Awesome being sent by website multiple times from multiple locations? Is there a way that these resources can share the same font file through entire page refresh? Thanks!
