BeckyW1984 Posted March 7, 2021 Share Posted March 7, 2021 (edited) I cannot seem to make changes to text boxes, including the product description through the back office. A cursor doesn't even appear when I click on the area. This is also the same as the text boxes on modules where it includes text for the homepage etc... Does anyone have any help at all please? BeckyW1984 Posted March 9, 2021 Author Share Posted March 9, 2021 (edited) My apologies, I meant 1.7.7.1 (have only just set the site up) and just checked and PHP is 7.3. Thanks for your help its greatly appreciated. When I asked the theme provider they said they could see the boxes no problem and sent me a screenshot. I have tried in Edge and Chrome but neither works. I am going to try on my works laptop (if I can) to see if it is maybe my device. However, out of curiosity I created myself a new admin account in the TEAM area and then logged in using those credentials and low and behold I now have the box which I can amend. Very very strange.
