Displaying information pages

I have created a new information page and added content but it does not display in the Information box on the page.
How do I get it to be listed?

I think you need to use Home Text Editor module, then it should work.

The page is there, you can view it using the id number, but it doesn't appear in the 'Information' box in the left column with the 'Delivery', 'About Us' pages.

I'm new to using presta as well, so just learning it.. But if you go to Tools, then

- CMS
- Pages in This Category
- Add New

and then add the page, it works.

If it still doesn't appear on the main Info section, you might want to check the settings for that module to see how many links are set to be 'visible.' I think you can change how many you want to appear on the main menu (but then if customers lick on "Information" the whole list/all of them will appear).

Thanks for that. I hadn't realised that the page has to be checked in the module configuration. Did that and it now appears.

This actually raises another question - where do you find documentation to show you how to do these sorts of things. It seems to me pretty basic but I haven't seen anywhere that simple usage instructions are provided. I have found other issues which are similarly not obvious.

I have thought about the same thing, some kind of instruction manual would be nice but I haven't found it (pls let me know if you do). So far it's just trial & error on my part, until hopefully you find something that works..
