Prestachamps Posted February 12, 2021 Share Posted February 12, 2021 Hi, most probably there is an server error when you're uploading the zip file of the theme, probably it's too large the zip file and that size is larger than the maximum allowed upload file size on the server. you can ask your hosting to increase this limit or try to upload your theme .zip file into the /themes/ folder, and then you can install it using the "Import from FTP" option. nikoz Posted February 12, 2021 Share Posted February 12, 2021 You get the error while you are downloading the theme or when you try to upload ? As Prestachamps said, propably it is a server error.
