Jay Grossiste Posted January 29, 2021 Share Posted January 29, 2021 Hello, I am facing a real problem, I would like to have access to my administrator area of my site created 4 months ago but the dashboard link does not work. I have tried looking in forums, in your FAQ etc. It turns out that the link gets me nowhere. Without it, I cannot edit my site. How to do it please? I am told that the page cannot be completed. So I can't access my dashboard. I don't have the downloaded version, I created my site directly on the Prestashop online interface. Maybe that's why .. But how? nikoz Posted February 1, 2021 Share Posted February 1, 2021 What do you get when you try to access your administration panel ? Error page? Blank page? Be sure you are typing the correct url. Go to your file manager from cpanel (or plesk) and copy the exact name of the admin folder. It should be something like admin123majfmhn. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
