RSS feed for newly added products only possible ?

Hi all,

 

I hope someone can help me in this as I can not seem to find the definite answer to it. I have read a lot of topics about the RSS feed module coming with Prestashop but mostly for older Prestashop versions and not enough clues for me to achieve what I would like to offer to our customers.

Right now we are working with Prestashop 1.7.7.0 and installed the RSS product feed module. Of what I have understood you can use something like:

https://mydomain/my-feed?n=80&id_category=xx-mycategory

The 'n' should give 80 products from category xx-mycategory. First problem is that I only get 10 products from the given category instead of the 80 asked for, so does it mean that 'n' parameter doesn't work? Second problem is that we want to show all the new products we added and those are divided over several categories. Is there some extra parameter which will do the job or or do you have to have a seperate feeds for every category involved and keeping track of how many products are indeed new for that category (while 'n' doesn't seem to work)?
