How to "One-Click" Update our custom module?

Hi everbody,

 

We got the challenge to make one of our custom modules updatable. It's versioned via github and the module.zip (of the actual version) itself is available via one of our servers.

Now we made changes and want to update the module in every project we use it via "Update me" (or however this button is called) button.

 

What is the best way to achieve this? Do you guys have any ideas?

How does PrestaShop check if a new Version is available on our server ?
