Hello Good afternoon, we need technical support for our prestashop website.

Our website is for motorbike spare parts and when we create a certain number of categories and subcategories (a very large number) the editing of the products stops working to make modifications, it remains blank or does not finish loading.

We need your help.

Could be an out of memory issue.

Try to turn on dev mode (/config/defines.inc.php) and try again, post any error you see here.

When I activate the debug mode I get this when I try to modify a product

 

(1/1) OutOfMemoryException

Error: Out of memory (allocated 703070208) (tried to allocate 20480 bytes)

in FormDataExtractor.php line 55

It looks like you already have a large memory (RAM) setting in php. You can increase in even more, but if you keep adding categories, it will just require more memory
