Hello all,

Is there a way you can force ALL people who purchase on your webshop to see the thank you page. I suspect that in some cases people do not always return if they have used an external & direct payment option. Therefor not all orders are being counted in the statistics on Google Analytics or Facebook Business Manager for instance. I miss about 30% of the total orders in those statistics-tools.
They have to see the thank you page to be counted up within the statistics right?

It's not possible. It depends on your payment gateway. Some of them use a confirmation page and then display a button to return to the shop. If the customer don't click this button, they don't your order confirmation page with the conversion scripts.

Thanks for the reply. But do you suggest anything else to check/change? I bet there must be something to correct, since missing 30% of the transactions is not acceptable. 🙂

If the problem is what I described, you don't have many options. It should be configured in the gateway, if possible. Some payment gateways lets you configure a direct redirection to your store instead of a payment confirmation page.
