PrestaShop 1.7.7 Translation Error on Admin Panel

Language pack unavailable. https://i18n.prestashop.com/translations/1.7.7.0/tr-TR/tr-TR.zip

As a last results of changing language package import on admin panel we had same issues like i mention above this line. I tried and get language package importing error in the translation section which was easy before when we select our zip file. I tried to enter the website ` https://i18n.prestashop.com/translations/1.7.7.0/tr-TR/tr-TR.zip` if it exist or not / and yes it works / has a file for it.so i decided to upload this file with filezilla inside true file location . then in my admin panel i had no changes . in addition to that i tried other languages like deutsch and french , still get same error. 
Hope this will be solved in a little time period .
