Faceted Search: Show only subcategories with products in main windows

Hi all

I've following problem/whish:

When I select something in the faceted search, i.e. quadratisch, only the subcategory with products with this attribute should be displayed.

In attached picture also only the subcategory "SM-10D QUADRATISCHER SCH....."

 

Do someone has any idea how it can be performed?
