How to add a custom translation in template that we can manage in back office?

Hi dear, i've read many how to but i cant figure out how to add a new translate entry in prestashop.

For example i need to add some string in front office, in classic theme or somewhere in a custom module.

 

The code is similar to this: 

{l s='Dashboard' mod='module'}

or shop global ecc, depending on where i need to use the translation.

 

But what i complete miss is how this ne added string can be translated in BO. Under translation i cant find any new entry after creating new string in template.

 

Any help appreciated.
