The cart process doesn't work

I've created a site https://pureelegance.co.uk -> and the checkout process is pretty broken, which I think is the problem and why there are many abandoned carts.

reproduce

Add an item to the cart

go through the first step without creating an account

on the second step "addresses" try and add an address -> for me on FF and chrome the site always refreshes and the address is no longer there when clicking "continue"

when you do it two or three times more it can work

then the second smaller bug on step three. go back to step to and delete an address, it look successful and sends you to step 3 again but it doesn't always delete the address, again it takes 2 or 3 tries.

does anyone have any tips on how to fix this? I've barely any custom modules installed.

I got right through to payment stage no issues

thanks for testing that. Which browser + version are you using? All my tests showed me the same thing. Mobile chrome and FF too.
