sevenreup4ill
I'm writing a custom module that needs a user to upload a picture, when I add the file upload field its not working in the configuration . I checked all the other modules and I found out most of them have the same issue where the upload button does not work. I have tried switching browsers (Used both Safiri and Chrome) but it seems there is no change. Can anyone help me with this issue? endriu107
Change php to 7.2 https://devdocs.prestashop.com/1.7/basics/installation/system-requirements/#php-compatibility-chart
sevenreup4ill
I found the problem now its solved. At first I tried downgrading to php 7.2 as advised by @endriu107 but that didn’t change anything . The problem was that I didn’t finish the onboarding so it was just stuck on the paused state then it started showing a Quote onboarding is not difined error in the console So all I did was reset the welcome module then skipped it properly. Disabling it would also have worked. The welcome module was the one causing conflicts.
