another white blank page in admin fix for 1.4 update

So, i've been messing with the 1.4 upgrade recently. I have to say the upgrde itself is fine, but the DOCUMENTATION IS AWFUL ! and its this which is what is causing the problems.

Anway, for those of you still struggling (mbstring installed yes? ) with a TEST STORE admin (ie not your actual site, you're just copying and testing for evaluation before it goes live (perhaps on localhost, wamp, or a temporary domain) then try this.

Go into your phpmyadmin, and search for your shops domain name. Change all instance to your new test domain (localhost, temp domain etc) and then retry getting into admin.
