Show employee on email to customer

Hi everyone,

When a customer sends a message using contact form, i can see it and replay in customer service. And from there, if I send a reply to him, he gets an email in which I also need to tell him who answered. I saw it exists a variable called {employee} used in other email template (forward_msg.html), but I can't make it work on this one. The file im editing is reply_msg.html, in the folder themes/mytheme/mail/en. 

I need help to get the variable passed on this file.

I'm using Prestashop 1.6.1.7.
