1.7 Changing text on Payment page

hi guys,
i'm using version 1.7.6.7, and I'd like to change the text on the Payment page, last section at checkout where it says:
Pay by xxxxxx (in my case its 'Pay by BillPlz').
i've tried going to International > Translations > Installed modules translations and of cos chose BillPlz, but after that,
this is what I got, as attached.
I cant seem to make any translations. Any idea why/what I can do?
Does this mean that this module doesnt support translation edits?

You should be able to edit the translation for the payment module you are using, and change the module name.

That will automatically change the "Pay by xxxxx" (it will only affect new orders, not existing ones).
