Thema doesnt show up 100%

Hi i have downloaded a thema for my site but it doesnt show up for 100%

This is the example of the template:

at the right above the customer info is under the search bar..

but if i move the costumer info blok to the up then the other items on the left contact etc will move down but then its more fucked up, so how can i only move the customer 3cm to the up without moving up the rest?


Also @ the cart on the right the lefts button with "winkelmand" in it its to small, hoe can i eddit that block and make the right button a little bit smaller?
