Hello,

I did some setup of my prestashop on localhost XAMPP. It's working OK. Then I've tried migrate to hosting. Copied files, copied database. Changed parameters.php and ps_shop_url. Hovewer When enter website, I can see error 500. Also from some reason on the ftp is autocreating a folder with full localhost xampp path as name and var folder inside. Probably problem is related somehow to this xampp folder, but I have no idea how to fix this.

Server configuration is ok, because if I run fresh install of presta on the server, this is working fine.

Have you deleted folders inside /var/cache?

if  folder is change you need to edit .htaccess prestashop folder and change "E=REWRITEBASE: ....." to new folder

check in db table ps_configuration  parameter PS_SHOP_DOMAIN and PS_SHOP_DOMAIN_SSL

Sure, I forgot! To regenerate .htaccess disable/enable friendly URL in BO configuration.

i edit manually .htaccess:
check and change working folder and host name in all the file:
"RewriteRule . - [E=REWRITEBASE:/newFolder/]..."
# Images
RewriteCond %{HTTP_HOST} ^newHost$......

Thanks for your answers. Problem solved. Moving the files back to the server and removing the cache from the var folder helped.
