Eutanasio Posted August 24, 2020 Share Posted August 24, 2020 Hi, I'd like to know if there is any system that can creat tickets in a platform (would be perfect if it's within the PS ecosystem) so when a customer sen us an email instead of using the web contact form, it can turn it into a ticket other employees can see answer and change statuses so we can all have a better understanding of what happens with each customer. Otherwise with emails, each employee has to have it's own email and the other employees can follow up on the conversation in case customer calls or something. Thanks for answering, I think it's something like that that I need, but this one has a monthly fee. Do you think something like OsTicket would do the job?
