Customer Service Ticket system instead of email

Hi,

I'd like to know if there is any system that can creat tickets in a platform (would be perfect if it's within the PS ecosystem) so when a customer sen us an email instead of using the web contact form, it can turn it into a ticket other employees can see answer and change statuses so we can all have a better understanding of what happens with each customer.

Otherwise with emails, each employee has to have it's own email and the other employees can follow up on the conversation in case customer calls or something.

I'm looking forward to learning from your experience so I can implement a better system to myself!

People can either email directly, or use the contact form.

Thanks for answering, I think it's something like that that I need, but this one has a monthly fee. Do you think something like OsTicket would do the job?
