Hola! Buenas tardes a todos, vengo teniendo ésto:

*** error 500/503 en mi página de administración de tienda.

*** también en el cpanel me aparece una notificación:

***alguien me puede ayudar, por favor

*vale aclarar que mi versión del prestashop es 1.76.3 y al inicio me aparecía error 503 y 500, pero luego de realizar algunas consultas con Hostpapa me pusieron la web en modo debug en donde aparece ésto, pero me dicen que espere que lo están revisando y la verdad ya llevo más de 1 semana con esto:

El "error" que pones no es tal, sino un "notice" (advertencia). Lo más probable es que no sea lo que está causando el error. Al tener activado el modo depuración, el depurador de código se para ahí y no te saca el error real (más grave) que te está dando los problemas de verdad.

Desactiva temporalmente el módulo "socialmediasidebar", que es quien genera esa advertencia, a ver si así te muestra el error real que tienes.
