Backoffice Input Form

Hello everyone,

I'm a prestashop beginner currently working on a website that will sell books. I need to add a page that is going to display events held at the library such as meetups etc so I created my own personal module for that. I created a tab in the backoffice for the user to input the event details (event name, date, place etc). Logically,  I need to create an input form for the user to input all those details and eventually click on a submit button that will add the details to the database and create an event on the website's "events" page. However, as I'm a beginner, I'm struggling to create that form and I can't find any tutorials/documentation on backoffice forms. Can anyone help with that ?
