Roger Markovitz Posted August 7, 2020 Share Posted August 7, 2020 Hello, I have the following problem: after registration of a new user, an error shows up: "Error - The following e-mail template is missing: account" I use classic template (prestashop 1.7.4.2) and have only one default language installed ( ISO code: en, Language code: en-us ). My folder: "root/mails/en" contains files: "account.html" and "account.txt". I have no idea where I should look for the problem. I will appreciate any advice. slaymesh Posted June 17, 2021 Share Posted June 17, 2021 I have same problem but with Customer service and i am getting this Error - The following e-mail template is missing: reply_msg and i can see both of them exist , the only problem with prestashop community it's died you don't get reply in here ! i am start to think moving to Woocomerce ! did u solve your issue ?
