Should Prestashop develop a cookie blocking module as it did with accepting the data protection law?

At some point Prestashop will take into account the law and will automatically add a module which will block any module selected as a possible cookie generator and therefore block it.
Prestashop should make this module and include it in the "core" or as a complement and the system should have this option by default as it was done with the GDPR law
Developers of Pixel modules facebook, google analytics, and other cookies should add the warning by default or the option to display the warning and be able to activate or deactivate using the module itself, or using the prestashop system.
With the GRPD law a special hook is used, to show information and have to accept the box,

Deberia Prestashop desarrollar un modulo de bloqueos de cookies como hizo con aceptar con la ley de protección de datos ??

En algun momento Prestashop va a tener en cuenta  la ley y añadira automaticamente un modulo el cual bloqueara cualquier modulo seleccionado como posible generador de cookies y por lo tanto bloquearlo 
Deberia Prestashop hacer este modulo e incluirlo en el "core" o como complemento y que el sistema tuviera por defecto esta opción como se hizo con la ley GDPR
Deberian los desarrolladores de modulos de Pixel facebook, google analytics, y otras cookies añadir por defecto el aviso o la opción de mostrar el aviso y poder activar o desactivar utilizando el propio modulo, o utilizando el sistema prestashop.
Con la ley de GRPD se utiliza un hook especial, para mostrar información y tener que aceptar la casilla,
