Products not visible 1.7

Dear ladies and gentlemen,

 

i did a clean install of 1.7

Categories put in via CSV

Products put in via CSV

Categories are visible, but the products are not in the categories

Only with new products

What am I doing wrong and how can I fix it?

I really can't find help

The webshop is electrischefiets.store

here's my csv as an example. Has always worked for me. Just ensure you have configured the backoffice import correctly. I have my csv laid out in this way so you must have ',' in the field separator input boxes.

Sorry for this it dose not work for me beceause i have the version 1.7 of prestashop

I'm not sure it's the version that's the issue. I run 1.6 & 1.7 and csv upload into categories via this method works without issue. Is it too much hassel for you to select the 'delete all products before import'. Then try a few product upload after just to varify that the first upload was a failure or success. Or/and doing a delete all categories and re-upload the categories to ensure they all work correctly. Prestashop is quite a fire fight sometimes with me spending lots of time trying stuff - reverting to backups and trying new things. Fault finding

if you need to fix current situation with existing products, then you can use export them with Store Manager trial and assign to categories via import - https://www.prestashopmanager.com/useful-articles/tips-tricks/assign-prestashop-products-to-categories-having-their-ids-in-import-file/

You could always go into BO Advanced Parameters/Import and download some sample csv files to make sure you are using the correct format
