onewhite Posted June 25, 2020 Share Posted June 25, 2020 Hi Guys When I send a reply to a customer from the "customer service" area, the subject name of the email is something like: [My Shop] An answer to your message no. ct9 is available (thread ID tcHJ1P03sw35x2) How can I customise this to be more "user friendly"? For all those that want to know where this is located, in Back Office, go to: International Translations Modify Translations Type of translation: Email Translations Email content: Subject Language: English Click Modify.
