PS 1.7.6.5 - How to change customer service reply subject?

Hi Guys

When I send a reply to a customer from the "customer service" area, the subject name of the email is something like:

[My Shop] An answer to your message no. ct9 is available (thread ID tcHJ1P03sw35x2)

How can I customise this to be more "user friendly"?

I found the answer.

For all those that want to know where this is located, in Back Office, go to:

  • International
  • Translations
  • Modify Translations
  • Type of translation: Email Translations
  • Email content: Subject
  • Language: English

Click Modify.

Then scroll down to the appropriate section to change the text how you see fit.
