I just need to know the directory of the head.tpl or header.tpl and how could I put my code which is this: <head> <!-- Start of xcristhian15 Zendesk Widget script --> <script id="ze-snippet" src="https://static.zdassets.com/ekr/snippet.js?key=292254f1-2810-41c2-a1f4-c71049019667"> </script> <!-- End of xcristhian15 Zendesk Widget script --> </head> PS: I cannot upload modules in my prestashop, nobody has helped me to solve that.
