DavidVentrue Posted June 5, 2020 Share Posted June 5, 2020 Goodnight, I have been trying to connect my prestashop with my printful account for several days but it always gives me the same error. Error: "PrestaShop connection error: Could not connect to "www.*******.com". Please double-check the API key and its permissions. Full error: Client error: `GET https://*****.com/api?output_format=XML` resulted in a `401 Unauthorized` response: 401 Unauthorized" I have tried to enable CGI mode for PHP, but it still gives the same problem.
