Problem with mail variables but only for some members of the team

Prestashop version 1.7.6.1

I have a problem with all mail templates in html but only for some members of the team using BackOffice.

They are standard html mail templates provided by Prestashop.
The same behavoir remains in all languages but only for some members of the team, using MAC or IPAD.
Other members using MAC do not have the problem

Situation:

Only for some member of the team registers an order through back-office mails are not properly sent, mail is sent without filling the variables and no logo is displayed. Cache of the navigator has been cleared.
Any changement of status concerning the order (like cancelation, papyment confirmation, etc.) generating an mail has the same problem, that means, this issue affects all existing html email templates.

Cliente: {firstname} {lastname} 
Pedido: {order_name} realizado el {date}
Pago: {payment}

Some have experienced this issue or has an idea how to solve it?
