Fcwfex Posted June 1, 2020 Share Posted June 1, 2020 Buongiorno, per provare Prestashop, avevo il negozio installato su un dominio xxx.it. Una volta capito il funzionamento, è stato migrato sul dominio giusto yyy.it Non ho eseguito io lo spostamento. Dal pannello di controllo su yyy.it il modulo "dashboard attività" non visualizza i dati, come clienti on-line... bensì la rotella che gira in attesa. Su xxx.it il modulo funziona correttamente. L'ho disabilitato e riabilitato, reimpostato, ma continua a stare in attesa. Da dove posso cominciare per capire come risolvere il problema? Here's more information about each of the phases you may see in the Timing tab: Queueing. The browser queues requests when: There are higher priority requests. There are already six TCP connections open for this origin, which is the limit. Applies to HTTP/1.0 and HTTP/1.1 only. The browser is briefly allocating space in the disk cache Stalled. ziobudda Posted June 3, 2020 Share Posted June 3, 2020 Ciao, io vedo due errori: il primo è del file dh24.js che tenta di accedere a $ quando ancora non è stato definito. Solitamente $ è un "alias" di jQuery. Il secondo è che il tuo server non puo' accedere a www.replug.it perchè dice che non esiste come dominio. Io ho provato ed esiste. Fcwfex Posted June 19, 2020 Author Share Posted June 19, 2020 Ciao, Il primo errore l'ho risolto eliminando il modulo "CSS editing", utile a modificare i font del template, ma superfluo per me. La dashboard è tornata funzionante eliminando gli IP di manutenzione scritti in Parametri negozio => Generale => Manutenzione (Ver - PS 1.7.6.1) C'erano due virgole l'una accanto all'altra, un banale errore di battitura.
