[v1.7.6.4] Multistore Design->Pages "Too Many Redirects" on one store only

Hi,

I tried to make a change within Design->pages for a specific store but now I cannot access that section again. 

If I am at Dashboard Home, change store, then access Design->Pages I get "Too many redirects" error.

If I am in Design->Pages with "All Stores" an d switch to specific store, this fails I get an error showing "The object cannot be loaded (or found)".

I can add/remove pages (store associations) from the problem store using "All Stores" and the pages are activated on the site.

However I am concerned there  is a problem that may get worse and/or affects other parts of the system or site.

 

I have tried clearing cache but it had no effect.

What can I do to get this back working as normal?

Thought Solved:

I found that there were still links to removed modules in table nn_module_shop

Delete the entries for the store ID and all appears OK now. EDIT 2: not true problem persists
