New in Version 2.0:

  • ability to set stickers for all products in a category (in category settings)
  • compatibility with PS 8.0

 

Free module Promotional Stickers allows you to promote products by adding sticker on product cover image. Individual Sticker settings for each product. With the help of stickers you can pay attention of buyers to the promotional items.

Hi. Thx for reporting this, but I thing, this case does not related to the PromoStickers module. See demo. Sticker is overlaying on the product cover image -  it's absolutely not matter http/s

I had double tested - the module works fine with v.1.6.1.12

Check all installation steps, maybe you missed to select "image types" in module settings. Or see error log...

I double-checked - the link is clickable. But anyway, you can copy the link by hand and paste it into the browser.

1. No, unfortunately, setting stickers by URL is not possible.

2. It seems like your browser blocks javascript. Try another browser - the contact form should appear.

It's hard to say what's wrong. You should see the error log and debug. You definitely have a specific issue, that I'm unable to reproduce.

Please look carefully. It is not EUR - it is 850 UAH (Ukrainian Hryvnia). the payment gateway does auto conversation.

I have a problem with a module.
My product stickers are not displaying.
Version prestashop 1.7.6.8
I have set up in several ways, but it still does not display the label on the product.
What could be the problem?

We are unable to reproduce this on 1.7.6.8.  - All works Ok. Double tested.
Maybe you have some customization? Anyway, it would be useful for us to take a look at your case.
I see you opened the ticket on you website. - You you can provide us a temporary FTP/SSH and Admin access? (NOT HERE!!  - only in ticket on our site)
We will investigate this and get back to you within the next day.

Modules works for me on 1.7.8.7 but the placement / alignment of the sticker does not change, irrespective which position I select the sticker displays somewhere at the  bottom of the thumbnail in the center. Also it seems to be restricted in size and the full text does not appear, the text I want to display is Restocked but it cuts off. Testing free version and have tried multiple stickers, same.

Thx for the question.
Align vertical/horizontal is available only in the PRO version. And of course, it should be a short text :)  Something like "-25%" or "SALE" or "New"...
It's impossible to place long text on a small transparent sticker

Hello, I've testing the free module in my local machine.

But, there is no way to remove the stickers of one product, even when you select the stickers status in OFF. I clear cache from Prestashop and browser too.

The only way it is working to me is regenerating the images of the products. This method deletes all stickers, the activated stickers too.

I was unable to reproduce your case.  - When you select the stickers status in OFF -> then Save button.  - Image is regenerating automatically for this product.

It works with virtual products. No difference. Double checked :)
If you have another result - please provide more info as possible how to reproduce this,  or error logs, etc.

Hello and sorry for replying so late and I only read your message today. Regarding the display problem, in reality I keep my prestashop 1.7.8.8 in debug mode, I don't detect any type of problem and the back office module seems to work (except that nothing is displayed from the front).
I did a bit of research about it and to tell the truth I suspected that it could be a template problem, in fact I use the template warehouse for my website and I suspect that perhaps the hook where the Images may have been removed or disabled.
Could you try carrying out a check like this? Maybe contacting the creator of the template? I am of the opinion that yours is a well-made module and fixing it could be useful to many.
I hope I have been of help to you in some way.
