Erro installing Presta Alternative Theme for 1.4.0.17

After reading the forums, I was able to change permissions to get the them installator to upload the alternative theme. When I get to the next screen which confirms: You are going to install the following theme :
prestashop_alt v1.0
"Alternative template for PrestaShop 1.4"
This theme is for Prestashop v1.4.0.0 -> v1.4.0.17

Then when I click next, I get the following:

Any suggestions?
