delx Posted May 5, 2020 Share Posted May 5, 2020 Hi, Can someone give any tips how you deal with situation where user adds 2 products and each of the products have different shipping method which is not available in the other item? Basically what happens now is that checkout page simply show the last shipping method of the second item in the basket. Same scenario works with 3 and more products. The last shipping method of last product is shown at checkout. Product A has following carriers available: Shipping 1 Product B has following carriers available: Shipping 2 and Shipping 3 If the two products are combined in the checkout user will have only Shipping 3 method available. If we switch the order how products were added to the cart - Product B is added first and then Product A user will see only Shipping 1 method. I am looking for a way to mitigate this and it will be fine if I can state that for such combinations shipping will be always with "Shipping 1" option. In my case (with your example), site should only list Shipping 1 as only shipping option. Product A has following carriers available: Shipping 1 Product B has following carriers available: Shipping 2 and Shipping 3 Did you have any luck ?
