Back office HTTP 500 internal server error

Hello! I need some assistance for my P.S. 1.7.5.0 Frontend works normally. but back office no.

Here I had attached some screenshots from debug. I mention. on this server I have other PS shops on this server and all works without any issues.

Don't set characters "*" or "%" in your password.

I'm not able to open BO. when i type the link I get Error 500

"*K-9GZ!85" is a password or a part of any password?

No. I have simple passwords letters and numbers. Domain name: https://t4a.ro/  and back office: https://t4a.ro/admin704b3o374/

Ok got it! The problem seems with password in database connection:

Seems to works Frontend and Backend but now .. I see this error in Backend:

Last question is.

In Debug Mode.. backoffice is working. but when i change /* Debug only */
if (!defined('_PS_MODE_DEV_')) {
define('_PS_MODE_DEV_', true);  to false.. .. Backoffice doesn't work anymore. Please assist.
