Free shipping overrides everything

We have Free shipping over a certain amount but now in corona times we need to add Home delivery for an extra charge.
The problem is that Free shipping overrides everything and then even Home delivery becomes freight free.

Is there a solution to this problem?  Prestashop 1.6.24.1

Then why don't you remove free shipping and add a new range for your current carriers, for example "100€ to 999999€ -> Free" (this would be the former "Free shipping"), and then you add "Home delivery" carrier with extra charge.

We already use free shipping >999 SEK, ie not as a carrier, and the problem is that when the price for shipping becomes 0: - also the new carrier "Home Delivery" with an extra charge will be free because shipping 0:- overrides everything.

Sure, that's how PS works!

I'm asking you to remove this setting, then creating a new range for your all your current carriers: "From 999SEK to 999999SEK -> 0SEK (free shipping)".

Then create "Home Delivery" carrier with the shipping rates that you need. This way it won't have free shipping for orders over 999SEK.
