Alex Nicoli Posted April 27, 2020 Share Posted April 27, 2020 Hi, Can someone help me with the adding tracking number to e-mails that is triggered to a customer after i add tracking number to backoffice? Teemu Mäntynen Posted April 28, 2020 Share Posted April 28, 2020 Have you configured the Tracking URL in settings of the Carrier? Please see the screenshot. The Tracking URL and the tracking number ("qwerty3" in my example) should them be shown in shipping confirmation email like in the screenshot below.
