Shops with the default Prestashop theme don't look very trustworthy in my opinion. Especially in your niche it seems very important to look trustworthy. Also try to make better pics of your products. And better pics. Soon we are going to sell health "pills" so till now we are translating and fix everything inside prestashop. and testing, testing and testing....
