Loading for 5 minutes

Hi,

 

I have a very strange and hard to detect problem about my PrestaShop instance. That's why I wanted to create a topic.

Everything is working well and as expected when I'm browsing on my website. But at one point sometimes while adding product to cart, sometimes while changing some settings on admin, sometimes when I just refresh the homepage; website stucks. It shows loading around 5 minutes. And during this time if i open a incognito tab website works without problem on that page. But with the stuck user's session it doesn't load. 

 

How can I track this error? Where can I see logs? Is there anyone who experienced a this kind of behaviour before? I checked the file "/var/logs/dev.log" but there is no related log in there.
