Problem with resize template - on mobile device the form for checkout is not working

Hello Guys.

I have a problem with my website and my template. I brought a template from Template Trip and i almost finished it and i was just ready to launch my website tomorrow. But I ved found a problem with the mobile view of the website when i want to complete an order ... and the client is send to complete a form his personal data for the account and for the order.

This form on the mobile phone is shown as a picture / jpeg ... it is freezed and i cannot white on it. On some phones, with bigger displays, this form is active when you turn the phone on Landscape mode. Also on desktop if you minimize the window to the maximum, is the same.

I am using prestashop 1.7
