Prestashop 1.6 Multistore product image issue

Hi there,

 

I am managing my multistore. When i have a new product inserted to all (2) of my stores, the image is appearing only at my main store, not in the other. The rest of the data works on both of the stores. Any idea what causes it and how can i fix this issue?

I have the same issue,

I am using PS 1.7.8, some of product's images not appearing in the second store.

Hello again,

I found the cause of the problem.

It turned out that while creating the products with the images, it was selected just the first store and not "All shops", so the images was created just for the first store.

I added these images to the other store in the database in the table "image_shop" by keeping the same values of: id_product, id_image and cover; and changing the id_shop: see attached image for example.
