RoadToSuccess Posted March 13, 2020 Share Posted March 13, 2020 (edited) Our store has been running with Prestashop forever. Recently we installed latest version to upgrade from 1.6. Yesterday I purchased on same Prestashop account I have for years and a few days ago a theme. The download will not be released until ID is provided. This is early morning hours Thursday 3/12. I provided my ID front and back drivers license immediately. I paid via my PayPal account, the same account linked. I use PayPal to login to my Prestashop addons. I contacted via the online chat several times. They say billing has. They cannot provide timeframe or anything but "invite me to wait". I also sent a screenshot of my PP account showing funds released for theme. I get no email confirmation, no anything. I set yesterday aside to work on this and the entire day gone, now we are into another day and nothing. Transaction amount $62.99 Does anyone have direction for me? Maybe the phone number to billing?
