Knowband Plugins Posted March 12, 2020 Share Posted March 12, 2020 Its not suggested at all!!! Confirm what the reason to change the name of the email template? If you want to make changes in the template file name, you need to change in the corresponding code to pick the correct email template which is not suggested.
