Product description/summary doesn't save

Hi all,

We run a e-commerce webshop with Prestashop. Since a few months we have some backend problems. Everytime I add a new or edit a product description or summary, it doesn't save. This goes for new products as well as existing products. Only this block doesn't save, all the other information will be saved.

Though, it saves some data, I always get the message 'cannot edit these settings' when I press the save button. So obviously, something is really wrong here. Unfortunately, I have no real knowledge about Prestashop & coding. Maybe someone recognizes this problem and knows how to fix it? 

Currently we are running on 1.7.1.1, but I know we have this problem for a longer time already.
