I was pulling my hair out about why the theming gets all screwey, then realized when you are logged in none of the JS or CSS files are loading unless you hardcode them into the tpl... I understand and appreciate the seperation of theming into seperate files and only loading what is necessary for that particular page... but complicating things to all hell just for them to not even work... wtf?
