Prestashop Checkout Preapproved Payments

Hello there,
i have to make a pre-approved payment for a product that have no every the same price (example: if my product is a packaged ham, its weight, so the price too, may be little different from a package to another).

To solve the problem of pricing I can apply the biggest price in pre-approved payment to hold the max price for that product and charge the exact amount later.

Can it be done with "Prestashop Checkout" plugin?

If not, what can be the solution?
