shipping costs deducted 2 times on the basket rules

Hello everyone,

Under prestashop 1.7.6.1

I have a basket rule (in catalog / discounts) with partial use possible, without special conditions and for a reduction of 100 €. It is saved as "free shipping" in the action tab.

When I test its use with a 39 € item that should have a port of 7 €, prestashop deducted me well in my basket 46 €. At the validation, no problem, I confirm "free order" and it's ok.

But then prestashop created a new rule for the remaining balance but for 47 € ... It should be 54 € (100-46) The port is deducted 2 times!

Someone would have encountered this problem? Nothing found on the net or the forum ...
