Cannot expand main category menu on mobile

Hi guys,

 

My website has a frustrating problem that is delaying the launch of our international store.

The problem is the main category menu does not expand on mobile version.

 

The first action I took was contacting my Prestashop designer and he was not able to find a solution.

My designer installed modules related to the menu, but it did not work. The backup files for the module did not work neither.

The second action I took was disabling all new modules/cachings and cleared out the cache. That did not work.

Please help me to solve this problem. The launch has been delay for two weeks to solve this problem.

 

I am not a developer, but if you have any ideas or suggestions, please let me know.

I will pass the info to my designer.
